hey ive been ill for 3 days now and i havnt eaten much in them 3 days i was sick with just fluids coming up monday night but last night i tried a meal and was sick and brought that back up ...i dont feel like eating and im always going to the toilet can you help ?

Kindly answer the following questions:
-Do you have fever?
-Is there blood in stool?
-Which medicine you have taken?
For your condition, stool routine micro examination and occult blood test need to be done.
If stool shows pus cells and bacteria then antibiotic needs to be given. If shows parasite eggs then anthelmintic drugs need to be given.
Avoid excess spicy foods. Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach. Try to take food even if there is diarrhea, take semisolid diet and juice more.
Maintain hydration with lots of water and take ORS to maintain electrolyte balance.
