Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Severe Lower Back Pain

was in mexico 2 weeks ago and was sick vomiting and severe pain in my lower back. After a day I was better but still having lower back pain( not severe).Since I ve been back had sporatic back pain moving up my back.Today we noticed a red line on my spine which disappeared after a few hours leaving only a few red dots. Pain is burning all the way to my shoulders now.Quite painful. Saw a doctor who gave me voltaren and tested my urine with a stick. No fever and I have fibromyalgia so i m skeptical about running to the hospital

There can be two possibilities. most probably you are having a kidney stone which can cause such pain. for this I would recommend you to get a ultrasound examination to see if there is stone. Other cause can be a spasm in the back , if there is not a stone inside than this cause need to be evaluated. if there is back muscle spasm than you will need muscle relaxant and not water fomentation with pain killer.
