Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This might be a viral illness or beginning of gastroenteritis. Just give Acetaminophen for abdominal pain/any fever and Ondansetron suspension for vomiting. Give him enough fluids and a soft diet. If not getting better in 3 days or fresh symptoms develops, we can evaluate further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
