Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Stomach Problems

My son goes in spurts with vomiting. The last spurt has lasted 3 days. He's shaky and cold but no fever. He vomited at least 15 or more times. He has a horrible stomach and needs towatch everything he eats or it can bring an episode on. He is also having trouble sleeping. Maybe for 15 minutes at a time and then wakes up. What do you think? He's 25

o.k dont worry it will be alright,take homeopathic medicine like ipecauc -30 5 drops oral every 1 hour you will feel better after taking 2-3 dose ,and no any side effect.
