Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Mild fever, vomiting and diarrhea could be due to acute gastroenteritis or viral gastroenteritis but it needs to be evaluated further by clinical examination and various tests.

You should undergo routine blood count, electrolytes with clinical examination of abdomen or ultrasound of abdomen.

You will require antibiotics(quinolones or cephalosporins or antiprotozoals etc.) with antiemetic, antispasmodics and antiinflammatories with prebiotics and probiotics.

There might be need of fluid and electrolyte balance in body.

So,you should consult physician for immediate treatment.

Regards,
