Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Lethargy And Headache

I experienced immediate gastric issues after eating at a restaurant several days ago. The following morning vomited yellow fluid-looked like bile 2x. I have continued to feel lethargic with headaches, bloated feeling, little appetite and one episode of diarea. Today, same symptoms but with ill formed grey looking stools. No apparent temperature. I am drinking lots of water, using homeopathic medicine for symptoms of much of the above. Still not improving significantly. Your suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hello,

The given symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting could be due to dyspepsia and the food may be the cause for it, although it is the self-limiting condition only care to need to be taken for dehydration and severe vomiting, if this is so then IV fluid, may require with antiemetic medicine just to control the water loss from body, if it is not the condition, then just be patient it would be fine soon.

In case of infection (GI) antibiotic needed like Ciprofloxacin with Ornidazole twice in a day for five days, with Ondansetron IV injection for vomiting, these are the treatment can be initiated by a physician, so I would suggest seeing the doctor.
