hi, I've felt ill for a month I am hot all the time then go cold I feel sick but never bring anything up. My water works are smelly and bright yellow.

Hello,

Many causes for vomiting is the discomfort of the abdomen. The cold feeling may be due to hypovolemia or dehydration or hypothyroidism etcetera. Use tablet Zofer twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
