Suggest Treatment For Vomiting With High Fever

I just turned twenty last month.I was diagnosed with p.i.d a few years ago.. It was bad I was vomiting with a high fever, they told me I wouldnt be able to have kids. I always had trouble with my periods even before then. About nine months ago I went and got checked for any stds and it came back I was negative for anything, then about four or five months ago i noticed what lookied like a single small wart on my pubic bone below my belly button right in the same spot that I had popped what lookid like a small pimple . I think it got a little bit bigger and then went back down a little bit. I sometimes have very bad deep pains during sex and bleeding afterwards.. i dont know if this is because my partners large size or the p.i.d or what but.. recently just these past two weeks I've consistently bled and its not like spotting.. I also have been having a foul odor just recently but have always had atleast a light discharge. Whats wrong with me??
