Suggest Treatment For Vomiting With Soreness In Stomach

my 4 year old son has been vomiting since 7am & he is complaining of a sore belly, but he doesn t have a temp. Do you know what may be wrong, or what i can do to help stop the vomiting until he goes to doctor, he has appointment for late this afternoon.

Hello,

Probably he may be suffering from acute gastritis or food poisoning.

Use syrp ondansetron according to body weight. Just give liquid diet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
