Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello ,

It would be better to have a look at the lesion, if there is no fever then it can be due to eczema as atopic dermatitis or local contact dermatitis.

If there is no erythema (redness ) or any infection local application of emolients (parafin, vaseline ) is all that is required, but if there is redness or pus then local /systemic antibiotics may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. SHEHLA USMAN , Pediatrician
