Suggest Treatment For Watery Cyst In The Pancreas

I m 41male I have a pancrpancreatitus since6years now firstly when I go to doctor he recomended creon tab morning and evening to me and I have waterry cyst in my pancreas i use to take whisky in a large quantity but know I quit for the last 3 years know i take beer but once in a weak but then also problem occurs stomach pain to the back i regular exercise 4 km on cycle I don t take any medicine accept zol fresh for my sleep what can I do pls help me

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you are a known patient of pancreatitis for 6 years and taking Creon and Zol fresh with a watery cyst on pancreas, the best treatment can be done by the Team of Doctors well versed with pancreatic problems.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all stop beer or any alcoholic beverages and watch for the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the pain in abdomen and back to stop these altogether.
Secondly consult your Family Physician to get a referral for the Specialty center dealing with Pancreatic problems to have proper evaluation, examination and all sort of investigations including MRCP, ERCP so that proper clinical staging of the pancreatitis can be done to decide whether medical treatment will help you or some sort of surgery be needed and follow the advise stringently.
