Uij is having allergic rhinitis which is allergic inflammation of the nose. Take flutucasone nasal spray to reduce the allergy of the nose.
Take saline nasal spray solspre which will wash the allergic mucin of the nose. Take antiallergic tablet levocetrizine or fexofenadine to reduce the allergy.
Take steam inhalation. Stay away from allergens which cause watering of nose. Do yoga or nasal breathing exercises as this will increase the efficacy of the drugs.
