Suggest Treatment For Wedge Fracture With Severe Back Pain

I ve left my wedge spinal fracture for 4 years. believing it to be just back pain. went to the hospital and they said it was fine, despite the x-ray. I found out yesterday from my gp that I have a wedge fracture. the pain is almost unbareable. This means I ve been working 4 years as normal with the pain and just taking paracetamol thinking nothing more about it. I m struggling at work and sometimes become unable to move. On 1-10 on pain 10 being worst pain. It doesn t scale. This is beyond 10. It s impaired my job (chef) and making home life increasingly difficult.
