hi dr, i m 27 male from pakistan, i m 99kg and 6 ft tall, now a days i m losin weight and for that i m facing a bit weaknes and little more hair loss, here some one advice me to take Revital B tablets, wt u suggest and now a days i m doin weight traing+cardio.

Loss of weight and hair fall could be due to diseases due to Thyroid or Diabetes . I advise you get tested for these diseases first.

You need to get Fasting and Postprandial Blood sugars , Serum TSH test done . Revert back to me with reports.
