Eat protein nourished foods like Almond,cashew,channa,soyabean,peanut in your daily food intake. take diary product like milk,yogurt,chesse,butter etc. Add banana and tuber vegetables. jaggery,black gram,and dal prepared with ghee.
if you are a non vegetarian try to take meat once in two days.
take more high calorie food like ice creams,desserts etc
This will nourish in a healthy way and gain weight.
Avoid taking hot,spicy,fried food and caffeinated drinks.
as fat food,fired items,junk food will also help in gaining weight. but that is not a healthy one.
