i am obese. i weigh about 189 and in height i am 5'2 i am only 20 years old. i don't know what to do. i feel terribly depressed, i want to loose 60-70 pounds by december. not only do i want to stop feeling bad about my self and image but i also want to be healthy and prevent any diseases. what is the best thing to do? diets? exercises?

CHANGE IN DIET & EXERCISES ARE BEST . DON'T GO FOR WEIGHT LOSS TOO EARLY ,IT IS VERY HARMFUL IN FUTURE. TAKE PLENTY OF WATER ,FRESH FRUITS,SALAD,LEAFY VEG. DO SWIMMING,CYCLING. AVOID SMOKING,DRUGS,COFFEE,COLAS,EXTRA SALT,FAT,CARBOHYDRATES. TAKE MORE PROTEINS. CONSULT DIETICIAN BLOOD TEST FOR THYROID,SUGAR,CHOLESTEROL. CONSULT DOCTOR .
