hi, am suffering from an abnormal growth of my weight...upto my 20 yeears of age i had a correct maintenance of height n weight, but from last two years i hav excess growth in weight...evrytime i weighted in rane of 45-49,but now suddenly my weight is 55...plz help me,n suggest me how to reduce my weight

Weight loss can be achieved by a change in diet and an increase in levels of activity.

Normally at least 150 minutes of exercise is recommended a week. You can alternate cardiac with strength training.

In addition to exercise, you would also need to change your diet. There are different diet plans available, most are based on either a low carb diet or low fat/low calorie diet.

You can choose the one that best suits you.

Meal plans for either would be available online.
