Suggest Treatment For Wetting Of Clothes In A Child

My 4 year old son is potty trained, has been for about 2 years now. The past 2 days he started peeing uncontrollably on himself, a little bit at a time. I had to put him on a pull-up. I took him to the ER and the only did a urine test, they found nothing. What should I do?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Urinal training is essential for any child to make sure they use urinals for urination. I said training, and it is part of any behavioral modification. You could use reward and punishment method and trial error method for behavior modification in children up to the age of 10 years successfully. You need to take pain in monitoring the child's activities with intention. You may take the help of a behavior psychologist.
