Suggest Treatment For Wheezing And Postnasal Drip

I have bad allergies and asthma that stays under control pretty well. It usually just flares up a little if I'm having an episode with my allergies. For the last few weeks during the night I seem to get mucous in my throat and it will sound like it is crackling when I breath and I can hear some wheezing. Then once I get up and clear my throat, I usually don't have a problem during the day. I have been doing some research online and I'm a little confused as to whether this is an allergy drainage problem or a silent reflux problem.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Well , it is difficult to tell since your symptoms can be due to either the post nasal drip due to an allergy or an acid reflux! however if you are not having any ulcer issues or pain in your chest , it is likely that it is due to the allergy and i would like you to meet an allergy specialist or your ent doctor for confirming this and guiding you further.
Thanks
