Suggest Treatment For White Bumps In Nostril In A 8 Years Old Child

My daughter is 8 yrs. old and she has little white bumps inside her nostrils. They look like whiteheads. She tried squeezing one of them and it hurt her, It didnt pop or anything. Her doctor wasnt sure what they are but she prescribe some Bacitracin ointment but hasnt help. Can someone tell me what these small bumps are and how to make them go away.

Hi,
It seems that she might be having ingrown hair follicle infection giving rise small bumps with white heads.
Continue applying Bacitracin cream locally.
go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days to cure infection.
