Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a white bump under the tooth that is loss seems to be most probably due to either the underlying permanent tooth that is in the process of eruption and is appearing through the gum..

Secondly, it can also be due to infection under in the gum or the milk tooth leading to a small abscess formation..

But chances of erupting permanent teeth are more..

Consult a Pedodontist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis..
In case if the permanent tooth is about to erupt and the milk tooth is still not falling the doctor can remove it so that the permanent tooth can erupt without any misalignment.

Hope this helps..

Regards.
