wrist pain ok so i have been having alot of pain in my wrist my Dr gave me some steroids and had me get a brace the steroids are gone and the brace really hasn t helped i wear it all the time like she told me to and it hurts so bad it feels like something is being pinched between bones i don t know what it is or to do
