Suggest Treatment For Wrist Pain

Sir, I had been operated on 03 Jan 11 for "excision of raidal head". The next three weeks were very painful. My sutures were taken out on 18 Jan11. I cannot yet rotate my wrist fully either ways. nor can I flex or bend my arm. occasionally if i do twist my arm, it hurts a lot especially while sleeping. I do not know if i can drive as well because the top and bottom movement of the wrist is also painful. Kindly advise.
