Suggest Treatment Option For Liquid Collection Around Rectum And Coccyx

It would be very appreciated if you could only advice me as in different continent could be different opinion. I had constipanion and bowel movements problem for two years, but only now I have been told that the problem is tailbone. There is still liquid around rectum and coccyx area according to MRI.I have been suggested by my orthopedist to remove the tailbone by operation. Is it really necessary? Is there some other option how to solve this issue. Thank you so much for your help.
