Hello
Looking at your description this could be due to hemorrhoids, gluteal abscess or fissure in anus.

Here I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
Your age and relevant medical history
Since how long you have this problem?

Meanwhile Please follow these guidelines
You should avoid constipation by taking laxatives or stool softeners like liquid paraffin
Have lots of fresh fruit, raw and steamed vegetables and dietary fibers to increase roughage in intestine.
You can apply anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine for immediate pain relief.
Maintain good hygiene

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes
