Suggest Treatment Post Deviated Nasal Septum Surgery

hello.my friend has undergone a deviated nasal septum surgery this monday.and the doctors have removed his pack and has kept him on some kind of a gel absorble gel.i just wanted to ask that what majors steps are to be taken after the surgery ,what can he eat also in particular and what should he avoid doing??? thank you in advance..

thanks for ur query, avoid going out for dust or pollen exposure , which causes sneezing which leads to bleeding, stop smoking for early healing 6-8 weks, stop taking cold causing stuffs like curd , ice creams, fridge water,continue post op medicines course. all d best. take care.
