Suggest Treatment To Cure Anal Abscess

Hello doctor This is Ramesh from HYD I am having a serious pain in anal since from 2 months and i consulted our family doctor who finished that it was an Penanced abscess. He was suggested for corce of antibiotics and finally after 2 months duration it was not compleatly cured and he suggested to go with General Surgeon Kindly Suggest Me

The treatment of an abscess is surgical drainage under most circumstances. An incision is made in the skin near the anus to drain the infection.
It is followed by a course of antibiotics.
