Suggest Treatment To Cure Bump On Arm Caused By Fall
yesterday i fell on a hard concrete floor while acting out a scene (i was supposed to fall) and accidently fell on my arm and now it has this bump and it hurts when you touch it. its still swelling from last night. theres some blood on there visible like its stuck there or something

As this looks to be muscular injury since no mention is about the elbow swelling or disturbed functions of the fingers.
So I will advise doing hot water fermentation at the pain site, simple gentle kneading massage, elbow flexion and extension exercises.
