Suggest Treatment To Cure Dry Cough

My mother 67 yrs old has dry irritation cough, done all the required test from blood, xray, eco cardigraphy, ecg, all the report are good and shows no problem. shown many doctor but still she has this problem of coughing especially early morning after waking up she continuosly coughing, cud you please tell me any remedy or medicine by which she could get some relief im worried for her. she is very weak.

Thanks for the query.
I do think spirometry with bronchodialator testing which your mother has not undergone yet will give you the answer and if the test is indicative of obstructive airway disease then inhalers in proper doses will relieve her cough. Your mother may also undergo a HRCT scan thorax to reveal something in the background of non-contributory chest x-ray. You should consult a pulmonologist soon and get your mother thoroughly examined and go for the above mentioned investigations to get an answer.
