Suggest Treatment To Cure Skin Rash

hi my little girl has come up with a rash, it started on her arms and her back and has now appeared on her feet, we where at the park yesterday but other than that we haven't done anything different, no change in done or washing powder or anything like that

Hi.... Many thanks for consulting in Health Care Magic. As you mention the history of going to park...it could be an urticaria orskin allergy or insect bite allergy. I suggest hydroxyzine syrup 3-4 times a day for 7 days. Danger signs include blood in stools & joint pains. Kindly see your pediatrician. Hope my answer was helpful for you. Happy to help anytime.
