Hello, As your cyst was removed and again the dressing was done, this is a normal thing to feel sore as the healing process keeps happening at the tissue level. there won t be clots as per me. I will recommend you to keep the leg elevated and try icing the lower back. Icing the lower back will desensitize the nerve and the sensory system will be having an anesthetic effect due to which the pain will be felt less. If the wound is healed then you can apply close to the wound to desensitize and the pain will reduce. Usually, it takes some time for the healing to occur.
