hi,
Geodon is an atypical antipsychotic drug that will have extrapyramidal side effects like jaw clenching, abonormal tics, dyskinesias (movement disorders) etc.
your symptoms are suggestive of oro facial tics secondary to Geodon.
You need to consult a neurologist for remidy. you will probably be kept on anticholenergic drugs like trihexphenydil and other muscle relaxants. Hopefully this will offer some help.
HOPE I AM CLEAR.
