Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
As I can get from history given by you, your lipid parameters (
LDL - 124.6,
HDL - 39, TG - 102) are borderline abnormal and you are currently having Atocor 10 mg which is having
Atorvastatin medicine, The action of atorvastatin will be on all lipid marker (primarily on LDL but also on TG and HDL) So definitely your lipid parameters will improve as you will be continue taking Atorvastatin.
The other most important remedy to increase HDL is Mild to moderate exercise. (25-30 min walking for approx 5 days/week)
There is no need to add any other specific medication to increase you HDL level which is 39 mg/dl. If possible start Exercise as advised and continue Atocor 10.
I hope this helps you.
