Suggest Treatment To Increase Weight

Dear doctor,I m 24years old and my weight 45.00kg and height 170cm.my all body is very thin and also thin wrist.I had tried protein powder and paurus jivan capsule but no increase weight and mass of body.so I am thinking for join Jim but I have feared because my body is very thin. so,please give solution.

You can gain weight by measures taken step by step.Gain so much weight in less time is not good for heart.First you should rule out a malabsorption syndrome.You can do a stool routine test to rule out that.You should also do deworming to get rid of helminthic infections.You can start doing exercise but avoid weight exercise initially.Gradually you can go for it afterwards.You should take a balanced diet.You should include good protein also.Can take protein powder but shouldn't be excess.According to your body weight and your excercise you can take protein supplements.You should also have a non stressful life and get enough sleep.Hope this may help you.
