Suggest Treatment To Loose Weight

My husband does not seem to believe he is overweight. He is 5 6 to 5 7 and weight 215 pounds. He is still young in his 20 s and claims because he has not current health problems he is not overweight. He also says all his fat is a actually muscle and because he has a broader build he is, heavier. What might happen if he stays at thus weight as he gets older and do you believe he could benefit from losing some weight?
