Suggest Treatment To Reduce Stomach Fat Of A 6 Year Old

My 6 year old granddaughter has a huge stomach. She is 45 inches and weighs 58 pounds. She is very solid and doesn't look heavy other than the stomach. My son and daughter-law haven't addressed the issue with her doctor. She has always had a tummy from birth but now it is really large. She is aware of it and doesn't like it.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
She is a bit over weight for her age (expected 44 pounds).
As she grows old she will reduce this fat provide she does some manual work or exercise or play out door games.
Cut excess of carbohydrates and in between snacks beyond principal meals.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
