Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Weight loss can be achieved by a change in diet and increase in physical activity.

There are different dietary changes that can be done, she can choose whichever one best suits her.
The main options are low fat/low calorie diet and low carbohydrate diet.

In terms of activity, she may want to increase slowly. She should try to exercise at least 150 minutes a week.
A pedometer, to measure her steps may help with physical activity.

If she finds it difficult to lose weight on her own, she should try a weight loss program.

I hope this helps
