hi i have a problem with my weight i am 33 and my weight has been up and down for years i was always a size 8 and now i am a 10-12 which i know doesnt seem a lot but it is all on my stomach area and i have a lot of saggy skin which is making my life hell i feel very self concious and it is putting incredible strain on my relationship i have been with my partner for 13 years and he says i dont need to loose weight but he is not me.i have tried every diet going and have also had so many differant slimming pills even ones from the internet i am currentley going to weight watchers which yes i know is a good sign as i am trying but the skin that i have sagging makes me feel sick and my own gp wont help me he just keep trying and will power so dont know which way to turn now so please can you help me thankyou.

There is a mental stress with overweight as you might feel uncomfortable with yourself and this is a cause of low self esteem in certain situations. Overweight can also predispose you to certain medical conditions. Fighting against overweight is by having a healthy lifestyle such as eating three times a day and avoiding snacks, if you must take them, let them be taken during your meals. Go in for sports, thirty minutes of exercise three times a week. Before all this I would advise you seek help from a psychologist t and explain your worries and fears about yourself. All will be fine. I would not advice for any pills. Good luck
