Suggest Treatment To Reduce Weight
i was very lean when i was at the age of 16 (28), i was given steriods to put up wait, am 28 now and am putting up lots of weigth these days (60), how long does this steriods work, how can i reduce my weight, i eat less food, and dont eat any junk food, ice creame, etc but still am putting wieght.

Firstly ...stop the steroids as it has bad consequences.
Once you left it you will be fine.
.Increasd water intake.
.cut fats from you diet
.eat less
.add fibres to your diet like fruits and veges
.exercise
