Suggest Treatment To Stop Diarrhoea In Spite Of Medicines

My son is 2.5 years.. He is having loose motion fever n vomiting.. Dr gave pandarex n hyopan n pedialyte but still if I give something to eat he shows me his throat? Wat shld I do... He has grown too thin dehydrated a lot... Plz help me..his loose motion r not stopping only

Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum.
Usually diarrhea comes in control slowly in 3 to 5 days with supportive treatment. But if fever,vomiting etc persist as such after 2-3 days of oral medication, this needs admission and intravenous fluids,antibiotics and anti emetics to prevent dangerous dehydration and control the infection..
