Suggest Treatments For Burning In Penis While Urinating

hi doctor,i've been having a burning sensation 4 more than a week.the doctor gave me ciproflaxin twice and an injection,but it seems not to have cleared up.if i drink a lot of water it becomes better.if i stop drinking when i go 2 pee i get a burning sensation close 2 the tip of my penis.could this be an std?what alternative treatments are there?
