hello doctor, i am a 18 yr old girl doing my engineering i urinate frequently.i cannot hold my urine for upto 3 and half hours while i have to because my exams and labs require me to stay for 3 hours without peeing .how do i increase my capacity sir ? Of late this has become a huge problem because all i ever think is about holding my pee.i am not able to concentrate in class or even in exams because the first two hours i think " i should not pee " while the next hour i think about holding my pee. i get up and leave for the bathroom usually near the end of the class and this is causing a lot of embarrassment because when i leave for loo the lecturer pauses for a while and the students stare at me.this issue is giving me anxiety because all i ever think of is whether or not i will be able to hold my pee tomorrow .now, i am afraid to go to college because i am the only one who gets up and leaves. when i am holding my pee i am experiencing a lot of pain in the back region ( where the kidneys are) and also i feel a lot of pressure building up in my bladder.i pee a lot after this urge and the urine is colourless.the pain in kidneys subsides after a long time( after half an hour) and i also feel dizzy.i am constantly thirsty so much so that i even get up from sleep to drink water or to urinate.if i quench my thirst i feel the need to pee and if idont i don't feel comfortable.please help me doctor and sorry for the long emotional question Thank you
