Suggest Treatments For Frequent Urine Dribbling

Hi, I have have urine drible for 5 minutes after each time for at least a year, also sometimes while sitting I get urge frequency without results, my urologjust gave me toviaz, also my penis gets cold to the touch, I remember some time not long before this I wore a rubber cockring for about a hour. Do you think it could be cock ring injury? Is it reversible? I mention cockring to my doctor but he didn't think it was problem?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the intensity of dribbling is annoying, and there is a history of rubber cock ring application, there can be sphincter damage or other neurological reason underlying.

In our clinic, I recommend a thorough workup of the patient with clinical signs, lab tests, and uroflowmetry with ultrasound for the best diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepak Patel
