Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It seems to be compression in your nerves in back due to displaced disc, need to see your MRI scan, get physiotherapy, hot pack application, over the counter painkillers, and if not relieved by these you might need surgical treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
