Suggest Treatments For Pain In Stomach And Penis Along With Loose Bowels

I have been really worried about my 2 year old. The past week he has been complaining of belly pains and sometimes penis pain. Last night he dropped to the floor in severe belly pain, but had a loose bowel movement a few minutes later, but shortly after kept complaining that his belly hurt. Today we took a urine sample to the doctor to see if he has a UTI. He does suffer from Asthma altho I know thats a completely different subject. He also just seems so sick as well. Runny nose, VERY watery eyes, and a cough, but no wheezing. His face is red as well as his eyes. He itches them all day too. No fever which I know is a good sign. He does drink alot, but hes hardly eating which is awkward for him becuase he is a big eater altho the doctors says hes a bit lean for his age. Im worried. I watch alot of mystery diagnosis and ER shows. Can someone please help.

* Recommendations for the same
- Allow plenty of liquids .
- Soft , light diet at regular intervals with fresh curd preferable .
- Avoid all junk food , bakery items .
- Check he chews food thoroughly .
- Drotaverine syrup , zinc suspension , metronidazole antibiotic help .

* Penile pain is separate issue which may be phimosis or other issue .
Need clinical examination .
