Suggest Treatments For Painful And Cold Finger Tips

finger problems In May, I had an I &D on two of my fingers. We don t know exactly what happened to them. They were painful to touch and had two large sores on the tips of the fingers. Well, they healed around middle of August, but now my fingers turn blue, the tips of two are peeling, hurts to touch the tips and they go bomb everyday. Cold and hot hurts. The tips of the two fingers that got the I&D, hurt and still peel.

I would suggest getting a couple of tests done.

The first test is a doppler study of the affected hand- the features you mentioned seem to be pointing in the direction of vascular disorders. This can be tested by the Doppler study

The second I suggest is ANA and ANCA. There is always a possibility that this may be due to the auoimmune conditions, namely vasculitis
