Suggest Vaccination For Scratch On Skin Caused By The Dogs Teeth

Hi my mom was chased by a dog and its teeth touched her skin and i can see the mark but no blood was shed. she didint consult a doctor or took the medicine for more than one month. Now it is two months completed. I came to know today. Will it cause any serious problems?

I really appreciate your concern for your mother and from the history given here I could say that if the dog is not infected with rabies and did not bite to other one then no need to worry about this, more over this is just a superficial bruise as you said here, then no need to go for vaccination, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
