Suggest Vitamins To Promote Weight Gain In G6PD Deficient Child

Hi, my son is 10months old and G6PD deficient, recently we were confined in the hospital due to vomitting and diarrhea and doctors were informed about his case. Im worried with his weight because he looks underweight to me (7something kgs). Can i give him vitamins so that he put on some weight. If yes, what vitamins can i give, especially he is G6PD? Thanks you.
