Suggest Way To Lose Weight

Hi...I dont know if this works but Ill give it a try. Well Im 18 I been trying to lose some weight but as you may no I haven't lose any. I weight about 155lb and I just want to lose some couples of pounds so I can fit to my old pants!;) So please can someone give some advice on how to lose weight for good.

The best combination for losing weight is exercise + healthy eating(diet). Exercise will help you build strong muscle and these leads to more calorie burning even during rest. Diet means eating healthy, not starving yourself at all. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Proteins have less calories compared to carbohydrates. Try not to consume saturated fat at all. Keep yourself hydrated and stay focused.
