Suggest Ways Of Dealing With A Behavioral Problem

what is it when I ask my son or tell him to do something he cant unless I be very specific and break it down it gets frustrating I know he trying but this is simply as go get the dirty cloths basket of cloths and bring them to the washer I have to repeat that or he will go get something other than what I said he does the same at school and he is very sensitive easily feeling hurt cry very easily to the smallest thing he thing is said being mean to him

I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion your child may have comprehension issues or attention deficit. I think you should get him evaluated by a developmental and behavioural paediatrician.
Till that time try to give him simple instruction instead of complex ones. Ask for his feed back to know his comprehension.
